Mr. Cramer enlisted in the Army in early 1941, and stayed in the Army through the war.  He was assigned to the South Pacific, in Tongatabu.  Crossing the international dateline, he received these certificates.  While he was on leave in Chicago, the pictures here were taken, while he was in uniform.
