Mr. Cramer kept all the bills and notes that thanked him for his work – even if the thanks was on a receipt.  Mrs. Cramer taped up the notes.  It is interesting that few people take the time to write the note, but how even a few words of appreciation were meaningful.  Many of the notes provided below were short, but they still meant a lot.
