Years passed.  Gertrude Cramer died in 1981.  He married the
former Judy Simon, and they enjoyed years of sharing stories
– at home and at the store --  until she died in 1998. 

He began to do some traveling on his own.  Here is a picture
of him overlooking Amman, Jordan.  He has his full beard, one
he enjoys in all seasons.
