This is a rare situation – Christmas card thank you, along with cookies.  The thanks are effusive.

It is hard to give up a “favorite chair” – even for re-upholstery – but when it comes back better than ever, it was appreciated.

We’ll never know what the experience was which prompted this note, but it is part of one of the thank you notes Mr. Cramer kept.
