Closing the Business
When Mr. Cramer decided to close the store in September, 2005, he received two letters of thanks – one from Christopher Kennedy, President of the Merchandise Mart, and one from Tiscia and Stormy Bidwell, a long-time customer.  Both letters reflect the high esteem in which he was held.
