Promptness
One of the annual routines that took place in our house was knowing that Dad would be working late each night before a holiday.  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter always found him at the shop late, finishing up someone’s chairs or sofa.  The pressure of the holidays brought him to solve problems with challenging fabrics.
